Required skills
- 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies;
- Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines;
- Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools;
- Experience in recruiting internationally;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Team-oriented approach to your work;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment within short deadlines;
- Upper-intermediate English level (speaking/writing).
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills;
- Autonomous, dynamic and results-oriented approach;

Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates;
- Enlarge and manage the candidates’ database;
- Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents;
- Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team;
- Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.
