Project Manager


We are looking for a Project Manager / Coordinator to support a long-term outstaffing engagement with ~25 engineers (software engineers, QA, DevOps, data engineers) from 8+ countries. The role focuses on relationship management, team coordination, stakeholder satisfaction, and structured reporting.

Requirements:
  • Run daily stand-ups and regular team syncs to ensure alignment and maintain discipline.
  • Build strong relationships with both client stakeholders and internal team members to maintain engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage the occasional onboarding of new joiners and smooth offboarding of leavers.
  • Resolve issues and escalations in a timely and diplomatic manner.
  • Collect and track stakeholder feedback, proactively addressing concerns.
  • Negotiate with client stakeholders on workload adjustments and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain and update project reports and dashboards (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Ensure team accountability and delivery discipline.
  • Support small sub-projects where light Scrum Master responsibilities may be required.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar client-facing role in IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – trust-building, negotiation, feedback collection, and escalation handling.
  • Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across different time zones.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to ensure high retention and motivation within the team.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas) for maintaining reporting processes.
  • Excellent organisational and facilitation skills – ability to run effective meetings and keep alignment.
  • Confident in conflict resolution and maintaining discipline while staying empathetic.
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices; experience as a Scrum Master is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and Outlook.
  • Experience in account growth or upselling to clients.
  • General understanding of technical roles (engineering, QA, DevOps, data)
