Requirements:
Strong expertise in Golang (Go) and solid understanding of backend development best practices.

Proven experience in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates’ hard skills, problem-solving ability, and system design knowledge.
Ability to evaluate both coding proficiency and practical experience in real-world scenarios.
Excellent communication skills in English to provide clear feedback and candidate assessments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct structured technical interviews with candidates applying for Golang Software Engineer positions (middle/senior level).
Evaluate candidates’ skills in Go, API integrations, and AWS.
Prepare detailed feedback reports for the internal recruitment team.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure alignment on required skill sets.
Provide recommendations on candidate suitability for the role.
