Full Stack/React + .NET Developer

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in React and .NET for full-stack development
  • Hands-on experience in microservices architecture design and implementation
  • Proven ability to build scalable, reliable system architectures
  • Comfortable working independently on complex project tasks
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation workflows
  • Experience integrating third-party ERP/CRM systems or Google Workspace APIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience developing client-facing portals or enterprise applications
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC for efficient data handling
  • Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools (App Insights, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure the platform meets user needs
  • Design and develop secure, high-quality APIs and microservices for integration with ERP/CRM systems and Google Workspace
  • Maintain high-quality, maintainable code following modern best practices in both frontend (React) and backend (.NET) development
  • Optimise system performance to deliver fast load times and a smooth, responsive user experience
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant industry regulations
  • Implement and maintain robust testing strategies — including unit, integration, and performance testing
  • Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to keep the project on track
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and collaborate effectively within the engineering team
