Node.js Developer
Our partner specialises in logistics delivery management, managing the final mile delivery of products. The solution can be easily integrated with multiple ERP, Ordering, and internal Systems. With the aid of its internal algorithms, the system can operate, analyse, and deliver the best possible data-driven information to the user.
Required skills:
- Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer for at least 4 years
- Development experience in Typescript
- Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimisation techniques
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong profiling and debugging skills
- Experience interacting with and utilising MySQL data stores in an efficient manner
- Experience with distributed systems, including message queue processing a plus
- Experience with NoSQL and document-based databases a plus
- Experience working within CI/CD environments
- Strong unit testing skills
- Azure experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods
- Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Build back-end services for processing, administration, and management
- Code, test, and operate Node.js-based services
- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
