Node.js Developer

Required skills:
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in Node.js development;
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript;
  • Hands-on experience with Express.js, REST APIs;
  • Experience with unit and integration testing using Chai, Sinon;
  • Proficient in working with Sequelize and MySQL;
  • Solid understanding of Git;
  • Experience with Docker, Swagger;
  • Strong understanding of code quality and testing best practices;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher - you will be communicating directly with a US team.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain server-side application logic based on provided specifications;
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests;
  • Ensure high code quality, follow best practices, and coding standards;
  • Debug and resolve issues in existing code;
  • Collaborate closely with the team lead and project manager;
  • Provide accurate estimations for new features and participate in sprint planning;
  • Actively engage in daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Microservices architecture;
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats;
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud services;
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce.
