Solution Architect / Lead Developer
Technical lead of the project, responsible for solution architecture, key technical decisions, effort estimation, and ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate
- Hands-on experience integrating with D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience designing enterprise-grade workflow-based solutions
- Strong understanding of ALM and deployment pipelines
- Experience with role-based security and Segregation of Duties
Responsibilities:
- Design the overall MDM solution architecture on Microsoft Power Platform
- Define the Dataverse data model and master data governance approach
- Design approval workflows (SCM / QA / Finance)
- Integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (OData / APIs)
- Design security model (roles, SoD, Entra ID)
- Define ALM strategy (DEV / TEST / ACC / PROD)
- Participate in presales, RFP responses, estimations, and solution defence
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team

- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) projects
- Experience in pharma / GxP / SOX regulated environments
