Business Analyst


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience operating in Agile environments
  • Proven experience in backlog management and stakeholder management
  • Experience in large, multi-stream projects
  • Ability to reverse-engineer existing systems into structured documentation
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integration requirements
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have 
  • Healthcare IT domain experience (e.g., prior authorisation workflows, payer portals, revenue cycle)
  • Experience writing product specifications for AI-powered features
  • Technical enough to read code and understand system architecture at a high level
Responsibilities
  • Elicit requirements using workshops, interviews, document analysis, and system walkthroughs
  • Reverse-engineer existing systems and automation flows into clear documentation (BRDs, SRS, technical specs)
  • Decompose, create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog
  • Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Produce functional and non-functional requirements documentation
  • Create UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases, and system behaviour schemes
  • Develop BA artefacts such as BRDs, SRS, FSRs, mapping documentation, and user guides
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and third-party vendors across integrated platforms
  • Support the development team by clarifying business and functional logic
  • Ensure documentation remains structured and up to date
  • Support new client launches and ongoing product enhancements
