Full Stack Developer
Requirements:
- Strong experience with C# and .NET
- Solid experience with Entity Framework
- Good knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with React applications in production
- Experience maintaining and evolving backend services in production environments
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Experience working with event-driven and distributed system environments
- Ability to investigate bugs, trace behaviour across systems, and perform technical root cause analysis
- Comfort working in systems with financial implications, where correctness, traceability, and auditability matter
- Strong ability to use AI software development tools throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Ability to use AI to accelerate implementation, investigation, refactoring, documentation, and problem-solving in a practical and responsible way
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Node.js applications, especially TypeScript-based services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions / GitHub Workflows, and Bash scripting for automation
- Experience with Node.js API tooling and backend frameworks such as Exegesis
- Experience with modern React ecosystem tools and frontend architecture, including Vite, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Atomic Design, MobX, React Router, and Axios
- Familiarity with gradual rollouts, internal validation phases, and production hardening
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, pricing, or fintech-related domains
- Familiarity with auditing and financial workflow analysis
Responsibilities
- Participating in requirement definition and clarification discussions
- Fixing bugs and addressing issues discovered during validation and rollout
- Adjusting the system to changing business and product requirements
- Investigating current system behaviour to answer stakeholder questions and concerns
- Performing system analysis and audit-related investigations, which are especially important due to the financial nature of the product
- Supporting confidence in production readiness and business correctness during rollout
- In addition, the role includes technical contributions to engineering workflows and platform support within the Internal Tooling scope, particularly where they intersect with delivery efficiency and system maintenance.
- Maintaining backend services related to pricing and rate shopping
- Supporting bug fixing, enhancements, and ongoing product evolution
- Investigating business logic and system behaviour when discrepancies or stakeholder questions arise
- Collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders on requirement alignment and implementation details
